Bill Elrick is the Executive Director of the Hydrogen Fuel Cell Partnership with 25+ years in alternative fuel transportation. He leads industry collaboration on hydrogen station planning and serves on the California Energy Commission’s Clean Transportation Advisory Committee. He holds an M.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from Ball State University and a bachelor's from Indiana University.
